GoldenEstateFl is a Florida-based real estate wholesaling and investment company. We buy properties directly and, in some transactions, we may assign our purchase contract to another buyer who completes the purchase.
We are not licensed real estate agents or brokers, and we do not represent you. We are also not attorneys, accountants, or financial advisors. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. Selling a home is a significant decision — you are always free, and encouraged, to consult an attorney or advisor of your choice before signing anything.
2. Offers are no-obligation
Requesting an offer costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Any offer we make is based on the information you provide and our own review of the property. You are free to accept it, reject it, or take time to think it over. Neither side is bound to anything until a written agreement is signed by both parties. We cannot guarantee that we will make an offer on every property.
3. Estimates are informational only
Any estimate shown on this site (including the "What's My Home Worth?" tool) is a rough, informational starting point only. It is not an appraisal, not an offer, and not a promise of any price.
4. Your submissions
When you submit information through this site, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you have the right to inquire about the property in question. Please do not submit someone else's personal information without their permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false or spam inquiries, scraping its content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The text, design, and branding on this site belong to GoldenEstateFl. You may not copy or reuse them for a competing purpose without our written permission.
